Paul Eaves FCA MSI BSc (Hons)

Paul is Managing Director of Equity Value.  He has over 30 years’ experience as a Chartered Accountant and is a Member of the Securities Institute, which gives him extra technical background on Financial Markets and Investment issues.

He has acted as advisor on share valuation matters in civil disputes, as well as tax planning matters, where he has worked on a significant number of transactions involving share option schemes.

Paul has a wide range of interests including, watching football, travelling and spending time with his family.

 

David Stebbings CTA BA (Hons)

David is a long-serving member of our team and has a wide range of experience in corporate, business and valuation matters. A qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, David has also passed both the ATT and CTA specialist tax exams.

David has dealt with a number of practical issues with regard to regarding reporting and valuing share-based payments (under FRS102/IFRS2/FRS20) as well as providing disclosure notes for financial statements, Share Valuation Reports and negotiations with HM Revenue and Customs.

David is happily married and in his spare time regularly plays football.  He also enjoys playing tennis, photography and reading.  He and his wife are delighted with the recent arrival of their daughter, who is their first child.
